  • Box Opening Video: A box opening video is required to process returns. This helps us verify the condition of the items received.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Shoparive will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Other Reasons: For returns due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your Shoparive wallet after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
